Must be an Indian Citizen.

Passed or Appearing in 10+2 | Intermediate from any recognized board in India.

Must have studied English as a core subject or elective subject at 10+2 | Intermediate Level.

Must be Medically Fit and candidates will have to submit a certificate of the same.

Follow these steps to fill your application form:-

Step 1 - Go to NCHMCT JEE official nchmjee.nta.nic.in.

Step 2 - Go to the fill Application form tab and click on 'Registration for NCHM JEE 2024'.

Step 3 - Fill in the basic details like name, DoB, contact, etc. to register yourself by clicking on 'New registration'.

Step 4 - You will receive an application number/User ID and a password after completing the NCHMCT JEE 2024 registration process.

Step 5 - Login using your ID and password to fill in the NCHMCT JEE application form 2024;

Have the following details ready before filling :-

• Age

• Gender

• DoB

• Marital Status

• Nationality

• Parents’ Name

• Correspondence Address

• State of residence

• Postal Address

• Contact Details

• Category

• Disability Status, if any

• Academic details - qualifying marks, examination board, passing year etc.

• Center Choice

Step 6 - Check the box “I agree” and submit the NCHMCT JEE 2024 application form.

Step 7 - Upload the scanned copy of your signature and photograph

Step 8 - Pay the exam fee for NCHMCT JEE application form 2024

Once your fee payment is done successfully, you will now be redirected to the confirmation page, successfully completing your application process.

Note:

• The application form will only be available in online mode.

• There will be no refund of the application fee paid.

Fill the application form in English only.

Write the name in capital letters as mentioned in the candidate’s Class X or equivalent certificate.

Enter the date, month and year of birth as per the English Calendar and as recorded in the School/Board (Class-X) Pre-University examination certificate.

Affix recent colour photograph with white background (without attestation) taken not more than three months back. The photograph should be pasted (not stapled) in the space marked for it.

Do not overwrite in any section of the application form.

Do not write or mark on the Barcodes.

Do not make any mistakes in filling any details in the application form because no request for change/correction/modification in the particulars of the Application Form will be entertained later on
