Details Of Eligibility
Post Eligibility
Agniveer General Duty (GD) All Arms Class 10 | Matric passed with aggregate 45% marks and minimum 33% in each subject.
Agniveer Technical All Arms

10+2 | Intermediate from science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with minimum 50% aggregate marks and 40% in each subject. or 10+2 | Intermediate passed from any recognized board and completed ITI course.

Agniveer Technical Aviation & Ammunition Examiner
Agniveer Clerk | Store Keeper Technical All Arms

10+2 | Intermediate passed with 60% aggregate marks and minimum 60% in each subject.

Agniveer Tradesman 10th Pass Class 10 | Matric passed with minimum 33% in each subject.
Agniveer Tradesman 8th Pass Class 8 passed from any recognized board in India with minimum 33% in each subject.
Physical Eligibility

Group-I

Running 1.6 Km in 5.30 Minutes

Pull Ups 10 Times

Group-II

Running 1.6 Km in 5.45 Minutes

Pull Ups 6-9 Times
What is this Scheme?

This scheme is for the youth whose age is between 17.5 to 23 years on 01/10/2022.

Agnipath scheme allows you to serve 4 years in the Indian Army.

After 4 years out of all serving candidates army will absorb 25% into permanent comission tenure of 15 years.

Agniveers will get upto 10% or more reservation in some paramilitary forces recruitment after 4 years of serving.

Many state police departments will also give preference to agniveers to some degree.

Agniveers will get a life insuarnce cover of 48 Lakhs for the 4 year serving period.

Agniveers will get 30 days leave of annual qouta.
