Special School Teacher

(Class 1-5)

• Must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent with at least 50% marks. AND

• D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) in Special Education from an institution recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). OR

• An equivalent D.El.Ed./Diploma in Special Education from an RCI-recognized institution. AND

• Must possess a valid CRR (Central Rehabilitation Register) number issued by the Rehabilitation Council of India. AND

• Must have completed six months of specialized training in cross-disability field.

• Must have successfully passed the Special School Teacher Eligibility Test (BSSTET) 2023 Paper I.

Special School Teacher

(Class 6-8)

• Must have a Graduation degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks. AND

• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) in Special Education from an institution recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). OR

• A Certificate/Diploma in Special Education with B.Ed., which is equivalent to B.Ed. in Special Education from an RCI-recognized institution. AND

• Must possess a valid CRR (Central Rehabilitation Register) number issued by the Rehabilitation Council of India. AND

• Must have completed six months of specialized training in cross-disability field.

• Must have successfully passed the Special School Teacher Eligibility Test (BSSTET) 2023 Paper II.

• Visit bpsc.bihar.gov.in: Access the official BPSC website and find the "Apply Online" link for Advertisement No. 42/2025.

• Register & Log In: Complete the registration with basic details, then log in using the generated credentials.

• Fill Application: Accurately enter all personal, educational (including RCI CRR number), and BSSTET details in the online form.

• Upload Documents: Upload clear scanned copies of your photo, signature, educational certificates, and RCI CRR/BSSTET documents.

• Pay Fee & Submit: Pay the applicable online fee, review all details thoroughly, and then submit the form, printing the confirmation page for your records.
