(a) Matric (10th) Certificate and Marksheet, (b) Intermediate (12th) Certificate and Marksheet, (c) Graduation Certificate and Marksheet, (d) Post-Graduation Certificate and Marksheet, (e) B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. / B.Lib.Sc. / Any Other Equivalent Certificate and Marksheet, (f) Caste Certificate for reserved categories, (g) Aadhaar Card, (h) TET / CTET / STET passing certificate, (i) Joining Letter issued by the concerned authority, (j) PwD Certificate (If applicable)
