Eligibility 

  • Educational Qualification: You must have a Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) and be registered with the State Pharmacy Council, UP.

  • Mandatory Exam: Only candidates who appeared in UPSSSC PET 2025 and possess a valid scorecard are eligible to apply for this Mains examination.
Instructions

  1. Login: Visit [suspicious link removed] and log in using your PET 2025 Registration Number via Personal Details or OTP.

  2. Verify Data: Check your pre-filled details from PET and enter your D.Pharm qualification and UP Pharmacy Council registration.

  3. Uploads: Confirm your existing photo and signature (fetched from PET) and upload any required sub-category certificates.

  4. Fee Payment: Pay the mandatory application fee of ₹25 online using a Debit/Credit card, Net Banking, or UPI.

  5. Submit & Print: Review your application, click Submit, and download the final Application Receipt for future reference.
