(I) Bachelor's Degree must have knowledge of computers such as proficiency in the use of Computer Internet, E-mail, Word Processing, Data Analysis and Presentation.

(II) Must have passed the Middle School Exam with Odia as a language subject, or

(III) Must have passed the HSC Exam or Equivalent Exam with Odia as a medium of exam in the non-language subject or

(IV) Must have passed Odia as a language subject in the final exam of Class VII or above from a school or educational institution recognised by the Govt. of Odisha or Central Govt. or

(V) Must have passed a test in Odia in Middle School Standard conducted by the School and Mass Education Department, Govt. of Odisha.
