Agniveer General SSR Class 12th | Intermediate passed with Mathematics, Physics and one of the following subjects :- Chemistry | Biology | Computer Science
Agniveer MR (Chef | Steward | Hygienist) Class 10 | Matric passed from any recognized board in India.
Physical Eligibility

Height : 157 Cms for Male & 152 Cms for Female

Running : 1.6 Km in 6.30 Minutes for Male & 8 Minutes for Female

Squats : 20 Times for Male & 15 for Female

Push-ups : 12 Times for Male only

Bent Knee Sit-ups : 10 Times for Female only
What is this Scheme?

This scheme is for the youth whose age is between 17.5 to 23 years on 01/10/2022.

Agnipath scheme allows you to serve 4 years in the Indian Army.

After 4 years out of all serving candidates army will absorb 25% into permanent comission tenure of 15 years.

Agniveers will get upto 10% or more reservation in some paramilitary forces recruitment after 4 years of serving.

Many state police departments will also give preference to agniveers to some degree.

Agniveers will get a life insuarnce cover of 48 Lakhs for the 4 year serving period.

Agniveers will get 30 days leave of annual qouta.
