Professor 07 a. Academic qualification, and teaching experience to be eligible for engagement is as per the “Teachers Eligibility Qualifications in Medical Institutions, 2022” as amended and applicable as on the date of interview to the respective posts ( Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor ).
b. Academic qualification during the Transition period as per eligibility criteria by NMC–TEQ 2022:
For Emergency Medicine – Candidates from the specialities of General Medicine, Anaesthesia, Respiratory Medicine, General Surgery and Orthopaedics can appear for the Interview in addition to their own speciality.
c. Academic qualification for the post of Casualty Medical Officer - MBBS degree from any NMC / MCI recognized university and registered in Karnataka Medical Council, Higher Qualification will also be considered.
