1. A bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university in India.

2. For Hindi Stenographer:

   • Stenography speed: 80 words per minute (WPM)
   • Computer Hindi typing speed: 8000 key depressions per hour

3. For English Stenographer:

   • Stenography speed: 100 words per minute (WPM)
   • Computer English typing speed: 9000 key depressions per hour
