RCFL Management Trainee Recruitment 2026

• Management Trainee (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Civil / Fire / IT / Industrial Engg.): Regular 4-year B.E. / B.Tech (or relevant engineering degree) in the respective discipline from a recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 60% marks aggregate (relaxable to 55% for SC/ST candidates).

• Management Trainee (Boiler): Engineering degree in Chemical, Petrochemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical, along with a valid Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) Certificate / Boiler Proficiency Certificate.

• Management Trainee (Finance): CA / CMA or regular full-time graduation (B.Com/BMS/BAF/BBA) with a 2-year regular PG Degree/Diploma (MBA/MMS/PGDBM/PGDM) with a Finance specialization.

• Management Trainee (Marketing): Regular degree with a 2-year MBA (Marketing / Agri-Business Management / Agriculture) or equivalent PG Degree/Diploma.
