A total of 668 vacancies (638 in PGCIL + 30 in CTUIL) have been announced across various regions in India. Major Posts: Diploma Trainee (Electrical/Civil/Survey), Junior Officer Trainee (HR/F&A), and Junior Technician Trainee (Survey). Salary (During 1-Year Training): * Diploma/Officer Trainee: Consolidated stipend of ₹24,000/month. Junior Technician Trainee: Consolidated stipend of ₹21,000/month. After Training: Candidates will be absorbed in Level S1/W3 with an annual CTC of approximately ₹10.9 to ₹12.7 Lakhs (including IDA, HRA, and perks).

Age Limit (as of May 11, 2026): Maximum 27 years (Relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST). Educational Qualifications: Diploma Trainee: 3-year Full-Time Regular Diploma in Electrical/Civil/Survey with 70% marks. Note: B.E./B.Tech holders are strictly NOT eligible. Junior Officer Trainee (HR): Graduate degree (BBA/BBM/BBS) with 60% marks. Junior Technician Trainee: 2-year ITI (Surveyor) certificate. Selection Process: A Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of 170 marks (120 Technical + 50 Aptitude), followed by a Computer Skill/Trade Test (where applicable) and a Medical Exam.
