Candidate must have completed Internship before 31/05/2022.

Scan Photo :- Candidate must have passport size photo with white background.

Real Time Photograph :- Candidate must have webcam | inbuilt camera in Laptop | Desktop and the background must be white.

Scan Signature :- Running hand signature in black | blue pen with the good quality of scan.

Thumb Impression :- Scan good quality thumb print in black or blue ink.
