1. a) Matric with 02 years ITI course in Electrician / Wireman trade or having 02 years Vocational Course under the trade Lineman or Electrician (Maintenance & Repair of Electrical and Domestic Appliances) conducted by Director, Industrial Training & Vocational Educational Haryana or National Apprenticeship Certificate awarded under the Apprenticeship Act- 1961 from any Institute with a minimum 60% marks in respect of General / other category candidates and 55% marks of SC category candidates of Haryana domicile recognised by State Govt. b) Computer Eligibility Test would be conducted.

2. Hindi / Sanskrit up to Matric standard and Higher Education.

Essential Qualification:-

1. Graduate with a Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or Diploma in Physical Education (D.P.Ed) or its equivalent from a recognized university.
2. Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) / School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) in Physical Education Subject; and
3. Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Matric or Hindi as one of the subjects in Higher Education.

Note: In regard to the qualification for the Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test (HTET) / School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) candidates will be exempted at the time of selection but within three years of Selection they must pass the HTET / STET Test. The selected Candidate will remain on probation till he/she attains the requisite qualification i.e. HTET / STET.

Essential Qualification:-

1. Intermediate Science or 10+2 or its equivalent with any three of the following subjects:- (i) Physics, (ii) Chemistry, (iii) Mathematics (iv) Zoology, (v) Botany, (vi) Geology (vii) Agriculture (viii) Forestry from a recognized Board / University or equivalent. Or Diploma in Civil / Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science from a recognized Board / University;
2. Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Matric or Hindi as one of the subjects in Higher Education.
3. Minimum Physical Standard:- 

Height: Male- 168 Cms, Female- 155Cms

Chest Un-expanded: Male- 79 Cms, Female 74 Cms

Chest Expanded: Male- 84 Cms, Female- 79 Cms

Race: Male- 25 Kms within 4 Hours, Female- 14 Km within 4 Hours

1. 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized education board or institution;
2. Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Matric or Hindi as one of the subjects in Higher Education.
3. Minimum Height and Chest Measurement:-

Chest Un-expanded: 83 Centimetres (Un-expanded) {General Category}, 81 Centimeters (Un-expanded) {Reserved Category}

Race: 2.5 km completed within 12 minutes

Note: Radio Frequency Identification Device or any other superior and reliable technology shall be used to ensure the reliability of this test at the discretion of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission.

Race: 1.6 km completed within 06 minutes

1. 1. Graduation or its equivalent from a recognized University and Diploma in coaching from National Institute of Sports in the relevant games; or Diploma in National Institute of Sports with a certificate of participation in Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, Asian Championships (Senior), Olympic Games or World Championships (Senior) in the relevant game;

2. Knowledge of Hindi / Sanskrit up to Matric standard or Higher Education.

Note: In regard to the qualification of Junior Coach, the candidate will be given one one-time relaxation in NIS Diploma at the time of selection but within the three years of Selection, the department will get it completed on its own within 3 years.
