Instructions

  • Register and fill the online application: Visit the official AFMS website at www.join.afms.gov.in and click on "NEW REGISTRATION." Complete the registration and fill out the application form with your personal, academic, and NEET PG details.

  • Upload required documents: Scan and upload essential documents, including a recent passport-sized photograph, your Class X certificate as proof of age, and your final MBBS Part I & II attempt certificate. Other documents, such as your internship completion certificate and NEET PG scorecard, are also required.

  • Pay the application fee: Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₹200 for all categories. The payment must be made online via a credit card, debit card, or net banking.
